After more than a decade Maple Blues Award winners and 2018 International Blues Challenge Semi Finalists Raoul and The Big Time (5 piece) return to Hamilton with a special show hosted by Big Time bass player Justine The Bass Machine featuring opener Matty Simpson at The Casbah.
Now in it’s 25th year, on Sunday Dec 10th, The Big Time will feature Darren Gallen on guitar, Tom Bona on drums, Justine Fischer on upright bass, Jesse Whiteley on keys, all fronted by Raoul Bhaneja on vocals and harmonica.
They have performed at festivals across Canada, released five albums and have recorded or performed with legends the likes of The Mavis Staples Band, Canned Heat, Bettye LaVette, Billy Boy Arnold, Billy Branch, Colin James, Big Dave McLean and many more.
